I have to admit – I’ve never been a sourdough fan, which is practically blasphemy living in Alaska. However, jotimaz decided to try a sourdough starter so I agreed to sample any bread made with said starter. After sampling a slice, my mind was changed! The bread has so many flavors and just a hint of sourness.
